Job Title:

• Dental Insurance and Patient Coordinator

Summary:

• A full-time position responsible for front office duties, including managing patient and insurance information, scheduling, and providing excellent customer service. 
• Dental background preferred

Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Handle phone calls and greet patients.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient care. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical front office is required.
• Proficiency with dental software, such as OpenDental, is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage depending on experience.
• Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday).
