About the Job:

Job Duties:

• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
• Knowing different cooking methods of breakfast items like eggs, French toast, pancakes, and home fries.
• Preparing the station for service with the necessary items that you cook to order.
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
• Preventing cross-contamination.
• Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences, if applicable.
• Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
• Greeting guests and listening to their requests as far as cooking temperatures of items they're requesting.
• Ensure that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
• Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.

Requirements:

• Must have a food service uniform.
• Black Work Pants/Black Polo/Black Slip-Resistant Kitchen Shoes that Say Slip-Resistant.
• I.D.
• SSC.
• Resume.
