Compensation Range : $90-105/hr

Job Description :

Lead ETL development and data integration across Microsoft SQL Server environments using tools like Informatica, SSIS, or Databricks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Analyze Microsoft SQL Server databases to understand data structures
• Document data mapping and transformation rules
• Design and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica, SSIS, or similar
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering
• Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes
• Document data flows and transformation logic
• Support hybrid on-prem/cloud data integration

Must-Haves :

• 10 years in ETL development and data engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, tuning)
• Experience with Informatica, SSIS, or similar ETL tools
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational concepts
• Familiarity with Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves :

• Experience with Databricks
• Exposure to hybrid cloud/on-prem data scenarios
