• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Care & Referral Specialist . This role is focused on reaching out to our past clients, checking in on their experience, gathering valuable feedback, and building long-term relationships. • A key part of this position is asking satisfied clients for referrals and identifying opportunities to help their friends, family, or colleagues with their real estate needs.
• This position has a $50,000 salary, benefits, and bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Love interacting with others and providing exceptional service to our existing clients.
• Teachable and enjoys learning.
