About The Role:  Join an established, walk-in, cash-based chiropractic clinic with a strong and growing patient base. Our practice focuses on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a supportive, modern wellness environment where you can focus purely on patient care — we handle the operations, marketing, and admin.

We’re expanding our team to meet consistent community demand.

Hiring:  2 DCs (1 full-time, 1 part-time)

Schedule & Start Date:

• Clinic hours:  Mon–Fri 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Sat 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Urgently hiring
• Full-time:  40 hours per week, including some Saturday rotations
• Part-time:  Fixed weekly schedule with consistent hours

• Competitive base salary: $100,000–$110,000

Career Growth:
We’re building a multi-clinic network, which creates a clear  leadership track  for the right doctor. This role can grow into a  Clinical Director position  overseeing associates, training, and clinic performance. As we expand across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island,  multi-clinic leadership roles and equity partnership opportunities  are also available for high-performing DCs who want to advance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chiropractic adjustments and consultations
• Educate patients on ongoing wellness & routine preventative care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and coordinate imaging when needed
• Build long-term patient relationships in a walk-in setting

Qualifications:

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited college
• Valid CT state license
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or equivalent)
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
