Job Description

Overview:

BroadPath is hiring experienced Work-from-Home Supervisors to join our remote team! Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This role involves managing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting team development within a virtual call center environment. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in call center supervision (preferably in healthcare) and demonstrate the ability to coach effectively, ensure compliance, and foster engagement across digital support channels.  

Compensation Highlights:

  • Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Pay Frequency : Weekly

Schedule Highlights:  

  • Training Schedule: 4 days, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
    • shifts will be assigned within the hours of operation listed above 
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals such as quality, adherence, service level and average handling times are met
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Assists the team with escalated calls as needed
  • Monitors team chat to answer questions and discuss project priorities with the team
  • Assist Workforce Management in developing and managing schedules
  • May be managing local and remote team members
  • Monitor and evaluate team calls on a daily/weekly basis
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as a call center supervisor (preferably managing a healthcare member services team)
  • Experience managing employee performance including coaching to call center metrics
  • Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
  • Experience with support channels including telephone, email, and chat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
