Job Description

Onsite during training, hybrid schedule once fully onboarded & confident in day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily accounting transactions and maintain organized financial documentation.

Support accounts payable and billing by verifying invoices and reconciling statements.

Assist with data entry, journal postings, and general ledger updates under supervision.

Prepare and maintain Excel reports and reconciliations for management review.

Verify accuracy of entries in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains).

Assist with month-end reporting, variance tracking, and file preparation for reviews.

Help streamline internal accounting procedures and improve data accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company accounting policies.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (AP, reconciliations, GL support).

Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains required.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
