Provide evidence-based behavior analytic services to assigned patients
Complete individualized assessments for patients
Collect and analyze treatment data
Create and revise functional goals and programs based on assessments, observations, and evidence-based interventions
Complete and submit paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorizations
Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Coordinate flexible times with the Branch Manager for behavior consulting services
Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
Minimum of two (2) years of BCBA experience
Experience in at least one of the following speciality areas:
Severe problem behaviors – treatment and development of effective behaviour management programs; willingness to mentor individuals accruing unrestricted supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.Ability to maintain at least 20 hours of billable consulting per week
Strong technical skills and passion for delivering high-quality services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Proficiency with computers and clinical documentation systems
Pay rate: $65–$75 per hour
Monthly bonuses for billing percentages
