Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including the elderly, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a nurturing attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both English and [Second Language], ensuring understanding of care plans and needs.
- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, including exercises and walking assistance.
- Monitor and record clients’ health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
- Proven experience as a caregiver, personal support worker, or similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [Second Language] is required.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
