Azure Databricks Engineer (Remote but local 100 miles)

**Key Qualifications:**
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, including platforms like AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
- Experience managing large-scale healthcare data integration from diverse sources such as EHRs and clinical systems.
- Proven ability to implement data governance and security measures in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Track record of optimizing data solutions for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Capability to lead and mentor a dynamic team, with emphasis on continuous learning and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
