Albuquerque Cat Clinic (ACC) is proud to be New Mexico’s only feline-exclusive veterinary practice, providing comprehensive and compassionate care in a feline-friendly environment. We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced, and enthusiastic client service representative to help manage front desk operations as the face of the practice!

We are seeking an individual who is team oriented and thrives in a role that is all about connection and support. As a CSR at ACC you will be the heart of our operations – greeting clients, running the front desk, and offering a friendly and empathetic voice to those who need help. We welcome candidates who bring the following skills and attributes:

• 2+ years of experience working as a veterinary receptionist (required)
• 4+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (required)
• Proficiency answering a multi-line phone system with professional etiquette
• Proficiency in patient triage both virtually and face-to-face
• Proficiency managing financial transactions
• Proficiency coordinating patient check-in, admission, and discharge
• Proficiency using practice software; Covetrus Pulse (Evet)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Word and Excel
• Knowledge of prescription medications for the purpose of refills
• Knowledge of heartworm, flea, and parasite prevention products
• Knowledge of DEA & OSHA compliance and regulation standards
• Ability to demonstrate strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift lbs. unassisted, and to stand/sit for extended periods of time

• Salary: $14.00–$17.00/hr. commensurate with experience
