Role: Agile Scrum Master (6–10 Years)

Location: Multiple (NJ/TX/NC)

Duration: 12-18 months Contract (Possible Extensions)

We’re looking for an Agile Scrum Master to guide teams in applying Agile practices for maximum productivity. You will ensure delivery excellence while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Remove impediments to team progress.
  
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework .
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs.
  
• Track and report delivery metrics.
  

Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years in IT with 3–5 years as a Scrum Master .
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
  
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  
• Experience in enterprise Agile transformations .
