Solves complex problems and deals with a variety of situations. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Major Functional Responsibilities:** + Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management, problem resolution, and ensure duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner. + Maintain an accurate accounting of accounts receivable payments. + Ensure timely processing and distribution of customer accounts receivable statements. + Maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public / customers and coworkers. + Review sales transactions and billing adjustments for reasonableness and accuracy and follow up on any problems and errors in billing.
