The Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the cash receipts process, ensuring the timely collection and reconciliation of all cash receipts on a daily basis. Proactively identifies and resolves various issues within the cash applications system.
Conducts regular reconciliation activities between bank accounts and the internal system. Ensures accurate and timely reconciliation from the internal system to the General Ledger in Great Plains. Investigates and addresses any discrepancies in reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
This role involves supervising the cash applications team, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to various projects and duties. Will also provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
This is a remote - work from home position. Candidate must live in the Nashville, TN area.
Education / Experience
Associate degree or equivalency
Three years' experience in cash management.
