Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM & Philippines)
Schedule: 07:30 – 15:30 PST
Salary Range: USD $1,000 – $1,500 monthly (based on experience)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven administrative experience and solid bookkeeping knowledge, with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online . This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, and reconciliations in QuickBooks Online .
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Support administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and general operational tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of accounting and administrative duties.
Provide support during audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (light to intermediate level).
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
